I have worked in healthcare for over 30 years. I have been managing Parker Medical Center for 21 years. Alot of work goes on behind the scenes to make sure an office runs smoothly, everything from making sure we are appropriately accredited as Rural Health Clinic, to the basics of paying the bills and the staff, to listening to patients concerns. I even put the front office hat or medical assistant hat on at times.
My favorite things include spending time with my husband Keith and daughter Natalie, being in nature, gardening, knitting, cooking, and interacting with our menagerie of pets both inside and outside. We have seven cats, a Moluccan Cockatoo and a White-bellied Caique (parrot), doves, quail, reptiles, as well as a flock of chickens and turkeys.

I have 37 years in the medical field. I was with Dr. Klopfenstein in Parker before coming over to join Parker Medical Center. I answer the phones, make appointments as well as process referrals and authorizations. I renew medications on behalf of the providers. I make sure the providers have the info they need for their patient visits. I believe in showing a friendly face to every patient and answering the phone with a smile.
I enjoy my pet Dog, Lucy. She gives me lots of kisses after a long day at work and taking her for walks is aways fun. I also enjoy spending time with my family and friends, especially my grandchildren-all five of them. I like watching movies and prime time shows like Chicago Night on NBC.
I have been in the medical field for 40 years. I was with Dr. Klopfenstein in Parker before joining Parker Medical Center. I take patients vitals, enter their medications and labs, renew medications on behalf of the providers, and room our patients. I make sure all medical supplies are available. Patients know me for my friendly nature and my willingness to help.
I have a beautiful daughter and two beautiful granddaughters. I am an active member at Parker Eagles where our motto is "People Helping People." I assist in raising money for charities.
I have been with Dr. Shillito since 2000, even before he came to Parker Medical Center. I make sure that our providers are credentialed with a wide variety of health insurances so that we can see people from many different ages and backgrounds. I bill patient insurances and patients for our services so that we can keep the lights on. I recognize how complex the world of health insurance is and have a dedicated phone number so I can help patients to better understand it.
I enjoy spending time with my family and my two cats. I have a hard working husband and two daughters. One daughter is a school teacher and the other is a pharmacy tech. I just became a grandmother for the first time.
